Sessions

“Sometimes, just starting the conversation can bring hope. I'm here to listen, understand, and gently explore the path forward with you”

Your sessions

Our counselling sessions provide a dedicated time and space for you to focus on your well-being.

Initial Consultation

Taking the first steps into counselling can feel daunting.

I offer a free telephone consultation to enable you to get a sense of whether I am the right fit for you.

My aim is to create a supportive and non-judgemental environment where you feel respected, heard and at ease.

First Session

Our first session will last 50 minutes and begins with a gentle introduction to the counselling process. We will look at:

  • What counselling involves

  • The importance of confidentiality and clear boundaries

  • How we’ll work together in a collaborative and client-led way

  • You’ll have the opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy, and any concerns you may have. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable.

    Sessions cost £55

Ongoing Therapy

We can work together on a short-term basis to address specific, immediate concerns, or embark on longer-term therapy to explore deeper-seated issues and facilitate lasting change.
